Luke Ryan, Andrew Newton and Lewis(swallowtail) Duffy from Tackle HQ headed out on Sunday 26/2 for a few hours in the morning to see if they could land a few fish. As they headed out to do some trolling they decided to pull into one of the reefs and cast some lures for tailor. It wasn't long until they boated 5 tailor with the biggest going 65cm. Luke and crew then proceeded to head to West end of Rottnest and threw out some lures in search of some Mackerel, not too long into trolling one of the rods went off. Swallowtail was on the rod and brought a 22kg mack boatside ready to be gaffed, Luke also landed a nice mack of around 10kg. The boat was back and on the trailer by 12:30, quite a successful morning.
